If you'd like to return your item, please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unworn and unwashed.
• Be in its original condition.
• Be returned with any original packaging where possible.
• Include proof of purchase.

We're happy to exchange your item, subject to stock availability.

Refunds

Eligible returns will be refunded to your original payment method once the item has been received and inspected. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return postage unless:

• The item is faulty.
• The wrong item was sent.

Faulty or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please email us within 48 hours of delivery with photographs and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.
